Recently Sound Intelligence started its retail operations as the security of shops is an increasing concern. Especially the telecom market has a young target group leading to frequent incidents like intimidation and aggression at the desks.

Camera surveillance and other techniques are commonly put into practice. Yet, no solution for aggression detection in a shop existed.

From now on this is times past as Sound Intelligence has agreed with T-Mobile to implement Sigard aggression detection in the T-Mobile shops.

At the new location Zuidplein Rotterdam SIgard is already installed. Aggression and nuisance of customers is immediately detected by the sound analysis system and alarms the operating room at the head office in The Hague. Hereby is T-Mobile able to protect its personnel and its customers against aggression.
